Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and mbi7 ("Platform", "We"). This document governs the use of the mbi7.best website, mobile application, and all services provided by the platform.

Continued use of the platform after any amendment to the terms is published will be considered as acceptance of those amended terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this document regularly to ensure they remain informed of the latest terms in force.

These terms are to be read together with the mbi7 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which together form the complete agreement between the user and the platform.

User Eligibility

Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Process

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the mbi7 platform. Registering more than one account by the same individual is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts concerned.

3.2 Account Security Responsibilities

Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password. Sharing login information with third parties is strictly prohibited. mbi7 will not be liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their login information secure.

• Do not use public WiFi networks when accessing your account;
• Log out after each gaming session;
• Contact customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.

3.3 Identity Verification

mbi7 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals. Documents that may be required include a copy of your MyKad, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Welcome Bonus

mbi7 offers a welcome bonus of 120% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM500. This bonus carries a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus is eligible for one account, one device, and one IP address only;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or directly converted to cash;
• mbi7 reserves the right to change, cancel or withdraw any promotion at any time;
• Any attempt to manipulate bonus terms through dishonest betting strategies will result in bonus cancellation and potential account closure.

5.3 VIP Programme

mbi7 operates a VIP programme with five (5) tiers that provides weekly cashback to loyal players. The VIP tiers are as follows:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 0.8%

Game Rules

6.1 Game Fairness

6.2 Technical Disruptions

User Conduct and Ethics

• Using false information or identity;

Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by User

8.2 Closure by Platform

mbi7 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if:

• The user violates any terms in this Terms document;
• The user is found to be under 21 years of age.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
